Mrs. Rashmi Sharma
She is a passionate Science teacher with over 20 years of experience of teaching Science in various CBSE board schools. Her experience combined with her passion for teaching makes her an excellent teacher who can quickly adapt her teaching methods to cater to the student’s needs.
She has also served as Principal and Academic Coordinator in various schools where she has introduced innovative learning methods and significantly improved the education quality. She likes to keep updating herself with new skills and technologies because teaching is an ever-evolving process.
Her major focus is on building the fundamentals and concepts while ensuring the comprehensive coverage of syllabus.
Furthermore she uses Daily Practice Papers (DPP) and past examination papers to familiarise the students with various applications of the concepts they have studied. While building concepts is extremely important, practising questions opens the door to exam success.
She works with the students together to help them:
1. Develop scientific knowledge and conceptual understanding through the specific disciplines of biology, chemistry and physics.
2. Develop understanding of the nature, processes and methods of science through different types of science enquiries that help them to answer scientific questions about the world around them.
3. Are equipped with the scientific knowledge required to understand the uses and implications of science, today and for the future.
Mr. Ravi Shankar Sharma
He is a notable children story writer, poet, and the former Editor of the Kumaon edition of a popular news daily : Dainik Jagran. He is currently serving as the manager of Achievers Academy and continues his involvement in the field of Journalism by teaching Mass Communication.
He has been teaching Journalism at various Mass Communication institutes over the past few years. His lectures are always very interesting because of his insightful anecdotes from his Editor job. This enables the students to get some real world understanding of the nuances of Journalism. To share his experiences with a wider audience he also posts YouTube lectures regularly to Achievers Academy’s YouTube channel.
